Building a Dream...

In the early 90’s, Rhonda Calhoun had a dream where Jesus walked with her through a building. He told her that one day they would build it and it would be like Noah’s ark. He also said that it would be at the heart of His Father’s farm. She woke with an insatiable desire to see God’s dream come true.

The shell of the exterior of this place of refuge, now officially called "The Refuge" has already been completed. Harvest Home now turns its attention to the interior!

The Refuge ministry center is so much more than a 20,000 sq. foot building. It will be a safe haven for girls who have been sexually and physically abused. This spiritual ark will be a home where healing and restoration can take place. On August 23, Harvest Home received a donation of $373,737.37 designated for The Refuge. The donor requested that an invitation be sent to our friends to join them in providing the necessary funds to complete this project.

Still Needed:

The estimated amount needed to complete The Refuge: $730,000. We want to extend an invitation to friends of the ministry to join us in seeing God’s dream come true.
