Phase 1: Excavation, Foundation and Basement and septic systems.
The basement is finished and paid for ($100,000 - a $25,000 discount). The two septic systems are already in and paid for.

Phase 2: Exterior and Roof
The exterior and roof expenses are $60,000. (we were given a discount of 50%).
A local builder erected the outside and roof at no charge. He and a group of volunteers will constructed it Dec. 13-16
Phase 3: Interior Main floor support beams, support posts and floor trusses.
The following tasks of phase 3 are complete:
- (interior) the 6 steel beams and 18 posts (100 ft long) are $29,000 (they gave us a 12% discount). The builder has also agreed to deliver them and set them at no charge.
- (interior) need 750 trusses. purchasing 522 at $37,291 (they are giving us 228 trusses free which saves us $14,737). They have agreed to deliver them at no charge.
- crane rental: $2700
These two tasks of phase 3 are pending:
- run electrical hook-up: $5000
- run waterlines: $15,000
Phase 4: Interior Finishing
The 1st floor is housing for girls rescued from slavery and sexually abused girls. Each girl will have her own room with a large community kitchen/dining/family room, tv room/library and school room (this will be a boarding school since the girls are unable to attend public school). A teacher is working with us to establish a school that will be effective for these precious girls.
